ANTI CAKING AGENT FOR FERTILIZERS

The powdery anti caking agent for chemical fertilizer is a new type of spinning caking product developed by our company with inorganic minerals as the main raw materials, supplemented by organic surfactants and processed by nanotechnology.

1, Scope of application: suitable for anti caking treatment of various types and concentrations of compound (mixed) fertilizers such as urine based, sulfur based and chlorine based. It is especially effective in high nitrogen and high concentration compound (mixed) fertilizer with serious caking due to poor control of moisture and packaging temperature.

3, Usage:

The use method is the same as the powder spraying process. A speed regulating screw feeder is used to add the anti caking agent powder to the wrapping cylinder. Through the rotation of the wrapping cylinder, the anti caking agent will be adsorbed on the particle surface. The dosage of general compound fertilizer per ton is 3.5 ‰, that is, 3.5 kg.
